1. How to Get Your Account Verified:
To ensure the security and authenticity of your Workmate account, follow these simple steps to get verified:
- Upload a Profile Photo:
Follow our guidelines to upload a clear and recognizable profile photo. - Add Work Experience:
Provide information about your work experience if applicable. - Apply to at Least 1 Job:
Actively engage with the platform by applying to at least one job. - Verification Call:
After completing the above steps, our Worker Onboarding Team will call you within the next 1-5 working days (depending on the volume of verifications).
2. Missed Verification Call: What to Do:
In the event that you miss our verification call, don't worry! We understand that life gets busy. Here's what you can do:
- Notification:
You will receive notifications regarding the missed verification call – one in your email and the other in your in-app inbox. - Request a Call Back:
Don't hesitate to reach out to our worker support team to request a call back.
3. Understanding Your Account Status:
Your Workmate account may have one of the following statuses:
- Lead:
Your account is unverified. You can apply for jobs, but your applications will not go through yet. - Active:
Your account is verified. You can apply for jobs, and your applications will go through for further processing. - Suspended:
Your account is suspended due to a breach of our terms of use/contract (e.g., failure to show up for work, inappropriate behavior, engagement in illegal activities, etc.).
