What to Do:
Account suspension can occur for various reasons, including failure to attend work, multiple last minute cancellations of shifts, inappropriate behavior (rudeness towards clients, staff, or other stakeholders), or engaging in illegal activities. If you believe your account has been suspended wrongfully, follow these steps:
- Contact Worker Support:
Reach out to our Worker Support Team to state your case. - Investigation Process:
We will conduct a thorough investigation into your suspension. - Outcome Update:
You will be provided with an update on the outcome of the investigation.
During Suspension:
- While suspended, you won't be able to view or apply for jobs.
- Access to the Ez Cashout feature is temporarily restricted.
- All outstanding salary will be paid on the 7th of the next month, unless the 7th falls on a Sunday or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next working day.
