Applying for Jobs (Gig)

Gig jobs provide a unique and flexible way of working. Unlike traditional employment, gig jobs operate on a task-by-task or shift-by-shift basis. Generally, they do not involve interviews; instead, they are assigned on a first-apply, first-offered basis. - Applying for Gig Jobs:
For gig jobs, the process is straightforward. Follow these steps:
- Access Gig Jobs:
Navigate to the "Job" tab on our app. - Select Gig Job Listing:
Tap on the gig job listing that you are interested in applying for. - Select Shifts:
Choose the shifts you want to work during the application phase and follow the app’s guided process.
- Access Gig Jobs:
- Confirmation for Gig Jobs:
Upon applying, you'll receive a contract offer immediately if slots are available, confirming your acceptance. Otherwise, you'll be placed on the waitlist. - Commitment for Gig Jobs:
You're expected to commit only to the shift(s) you've selected and confirmed.
FAQs:
- How do I know if I've been confirmed?
You'll receive a contract offer via our app right after applying if slots are available. - Why didn't I receive the contract offer for the gig I applied for when it's still open?
You may be an unverified worker or unqualified for the position. - What does "apply to waitlist" mean?
Applying to the waitlist means all slots are full, but you can still apply. If the person with the shift cancels and you're next on the waitlist, you'll get the contract offer (valid for 15 mins). For more details on how waitlisting works, visit [this link]. - I missed signing the contract offer. How can I get it again?
Contact our Worker Support Team promptly for assistance. While they'll do their best to resend the offer if the slot is still open, be aware that if another worker fills the slot in the meantime, we may not be able to resend it. Act quickly for the best chance of assistance.
Applying for Non-Gig Jobs (Part-time/Contract/Full-time):

Non-gig jobs refer to part-time, contract, or full-time positions available on our platform. Unlike gig jobs, non-gig positions typically involve a formal application process that may include interviews. Workers applying for non-gig jobs should carefully review the job listing for commitment requirements and will be contacted if shortlisted. This contrasts with gig jobs, which operate on a more flexible, task-by-task basis without formal interviews. - Applying for Non-Gig Jobs

- How long will my application be reviewed, and when can I expect a response?
Generally, your application will be reviewed within 3-5 working days. Please note that for popular or in-demand positions, the process may take slightly longer. - I cannot commit for the entire period, but I can commit for more than half the time. Is that acceptable?
