Waitlist: How Waitlisting Works

Our waitlist feature operates as a queue system, becoming active when a job is fully filled and labeled as "apply to waitlist" on the job listing. Here's how it works:

Waitlist Process:

1. For Gigs:
   
   • Apply to the waitlist if the job is filled. You'll only receive a contract offer if the person with the shift cancels, and you are next in line.
   • Sign the offer promptly to confirm your shift(s).
     
     
2. For Non-Gigs (Part-Time/Contract/Full-Time):
   • An offer will be sent if there is a need to replace the headcount for that job.

Important Note:
Act promptly when receiving a contract offer, as it's valid for a limited time (typically 15 minutes). If not accepted within this timeframe, the offer may expire.
