Steps to Clock In/Out:

Launch the App:
Open the Workmate mobile app and ensure you have the latest version installed.

Navigate to the Home Tab:
Find the “Home” tab at the bottom left of your screen.

Locate the Clock In/Out Button:
On the Home tab, tap the "Clock In" button at the top to start the process.

QR Code Clock In (Supervisor-Assisted):
If your supervisor is present, show them the QR code on your screen. They'll scan it to officially clock you in.

Self Clock In (Alternative):
If your supervisor is unavailable, enable location services and take a selfie for identity verification.

Clock Out:
To clock out, repeat the process: go to the Home tab, locate the "Clock Out" button, and follow the same steps.
Important Notes:
- Ensure you're in an appropriate location to avoid disputes.
- Proper location and selfie verification are essential for valid clock-ins/outs.

Forgot to Clock In/Out: What to Do?
If you forgot to clock in/out, reach out to our worker support team through the app and provide the following information for timesheet adjustment:
- Name of Client
- Date of work
- Clock in hour
- Clock out hour
- Break hour and duration
