Discover two convenient methods to receive your hard-earned wages:
1. Regular Payment Process/Payroll Cycle:
Our default payment cycle follows a monthly process:
- Salaries are processed on the last day of each month.
- Expect your hard-earned wages in your bank account by the 7th of the following month.
Note: If the 7th falls on a Sunday or public holiday, your payment will be processed on the next working day
For instance, if your working period spans from 1st January to 31st January, we start processing payments at the end of 31st January. Your salary for this period will be disbursed and credited to your bank account by February 7th. In the rare event that February 7th falls on a Sunday or public holiday, rest assured you'll receive your salary on the next working day, which would be February 8th.
2. Ez Cashout:
Ez Cashout, an exclusive benefit for our workers, offers a quick and convenient way to access earned wages:
- This feature allows you to receive a portion of your pay before the regular payday (7th of the next month).
- Ez Cashout is applicable only for completed work (confirmed timesheets by the supervisor).
- Workers can cash out up to 70% of their earnings per withdrawal.
- Expect to receive your EZ Cashout within 1-2 business days after cashing out

Payslip Delivery: Understanding Your Earnings
In our commitment to transparency and providing you with a comprehensive overview of your earnings, Workmate ensures that you receive your payslips promptly. Here's what you need to know:
- Your detailed payslip, outlining the specifics of your earnings and deductions, will be delivered to your registered email address.
- Expect to receive your payslip between the 5th to the 7th of the following month.
This process allows you to stay informed about your financial transactions and ensures clarity in understanding your hard-earned income. Important Note:
All payments, including salary, bonuses, and incentives, are processed through GIRO/bank transfer. Ensure your bank details are updated in your profile to facilitate seamless transactions.
