- Shift Cancellation Guidelines
If you are unable to attend your scheduled shift, please ensure to promptly cancel it at least 24 hours before its start time. This allows other workers to pick up your shift, preventing disruptions to our clients' operations. To cancel a shift, follow the cancellation process provided link.

- Shift cancellation more than 24 hours before the start:
Frequent cancellations in this timeframe can lead to account suspension. - Shift cancellation less than 24 hours before the start:
The second cancellation with less than 24 hours before the start will result in account suspension. However, if you have a valid reason supported by documents (e.g., medical certificate, death certificate, hospital receipt), please contact our Worker Support team to discuss the possibility of reinstating your account.
- Shift cancellation more than 24 hours before the start:
Suspension
- No Show Reporting:
If you fail to cancel your shift and do not show up for work, you will be reported as “No Show,” leading to an immediate account suspension.
If you believe you have been wrongfully reported as “No Show,” please contact our Worker Support team for assistance. - Interview No-Show:
Failure to attend a scheduled interview without informing will result in an immediate and permanent suspension of your account. - Account Reinstatement:
To reinstate a suspended account, contact our Worker Support team. Reinstatement decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration your overall activity on the platform.
