Workmate of The Month: Recognizing Outstanding Contributions

The Workmate of The Month program is designed to celebrate and recognize exceptional contributions from our workers. We believe in acknowledging those who consistently go above and beyond, delivering outstanding results and embodying our company values.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Workmate of The Month program, workers must meet the following criteria:

• Excellent Average Profile Rating - at least 4 stars
• Zero No-shows
• Low to no cancellations (with valid reasons)
• Active accounts. Suspended accounts are immediately disqualified from the program.

Nomination and Selection Process:

• Workers can be nominated by supervisors or based on criteria set by the Organiser.
• Nominations are consolidated at the end of every month.
• Selected Workmate of The Month will be notified at the start of the following month.
• Further instructions on the collection of rewards will be provided to the chosen Workmate of The Month.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The incentive programme is organized and managed by the company Workmate Pte. Ltd. (‘Organiser’).
   
   
2. All selected Workmates of The Month agree to the binding nature of these rules.
   
   
3. Entries, including names and likenesses, may be used without restriction in any future publicity material by the Organiser.
   
   
4. All transactions are subject to CPF Contributions as required by law.
   
   
5. Workers must strictly comply with the terms and conditions, clauses, and deadlines contained in the program regulations.
   
   
6. Selected workers are required to have their photos and videos recorded for Workmate Pte. Ltd.’s marketing purposes, before the reward money is dispensed to them. Not agreeing to this would result in a forfeit of the reward money.
   
   
7. Breach of any policies, rules, and regulations on the platform may result in the suspension and disqualification of the nominated worker from all incentives on Workmate.
   
   
8. The Organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   
   
9. Revised terms and conditions will be posted on the website immediately, and the Organiser may, but is not required to, justify any decisions relating to this program.
