Reliability & Suspension Policy

Our mission is to help you find great jobs to increase your income. We also want to give our business clients a great experience, and a big part of that is ensuring that our workers are reliable and responsible. By reliability, we mean a worker's ability to consistently turn up for the jobs that they have been hired for.

 

 

Why reliability is important ?

Reliability is important as failing to turn up means that another worker who might have needed the money also misses out on that days work. This really impacts our clients which can impact your opportunity to earn more later too.

 

We do understand that circumstances beyond your control can occur, where you will be unable to work a job that you have been hired for. If you can no longer continue working on a job for whatever reason, you need to resign from within the app, and let our team and the client know as soon as possible.

 

 

How is the policy works ?

You will be suspended immediately if any of the following happens on a job:

• Not showing up on the first day, without a legitimate reason and evidence (e.g. a sick note)
• Quitting the job without informing us or the client supervisor. If you give us less than 2 hours notice before quitting, that will also be counted as grounds for suspension.
• Getting fired due to inappropriate behaviour (e.g. fighting, stealing etc)

 

 

What happens when you get suspended ?

Being suspended means you will not be able to continue working on your current job, and you will not be able to apply to new jobs. You will still receive payment for the days you have already worked.

 

If you are suspended for a legitimate reason, you can tap the 'Contact Support' button to appeal your suspension. Our dedicated recruitment experts will review your case. In some cases, you may need to go through some retraining before the suspension is lifted.
