You did a great job for our business partner, congratulations on finishing your contract. Before signing your next contract, let's take a break.
Why do I have to take a break?
According to the Indonesian Labor Law, non-permanent workers need to take a break every 90 days of work. Our business will have to do this to ensure the business is running without any problems and you can still work with them.
What should I do during the break?
Don't worry it's just a break, it doesn't affect your work performance. While on a break, you can do the following things before starting your new contract:
- Take a rest
You have worked really hard, it's a perfect time to get some rest. Get enough sleep, relax, and enjoy your off day so you will be physically ready for your new work
- Spend time with friends or family
It's your off day so you can spend it with your friends, family, or even alone. Watch some movies, go out, or have a simple dinner. Make yourself happy so you can be focused on your next contract
- Prepare for the next work
Before your next contract signing, you can relive your previous experience. Think about what can be improved or what can you do to maximize your productivity.
See you at your next job,
