How to Clock-in/Clock-out Workers?

You can clock-in/clock-out the workers using our QR scan feature. This feature is faster and accurate so you can track workers' attendance easily.

How does it work?

To enable this feature on the app, please update your app first to the latest version. 

To clock-in/out, workers will use their app. When they click clock-in/out a QR code will appear, scan them and confirm their clock-in/out. 

To ensure this process is smooth, make sure that:

1. Workers have updated their app to the latest version

2. Workers set their phone brightness to 100%

What if I can't clock-in/out the workers using QR code?

There will be issues such as workers don't bring their phone, bad internet connection, or you're not on the site. It's not possible to use QR code for clocking in/out, so you need to do it manually. Click on the workers list tab then select a worker. On their individual page, you can edit their clock-in & clock-out.
