How can I mark a worker as Late or Overtime?

You can mark late or overtime to the workers using our app. This will enable you to adjust their work time and maintain their timesheets.

How does it work?

To enable this feature on the app, please update your app first to the latest version. 

What if a worker comes late?

When you clock them in, you will see an option to mark the worker as late. You simply need to click "Late" to mark it.

What if they work overtime?

During clock out, you will see an option to set their overtime. Adjust their overtime by sliding the hour and minute.

After you applied the overtime, the setting will carry on even if you close the app. If you clock another worker out, the overtime will be set as default. To reset the time, simply click reset time.

What if I have some issues?

There will be issues such as you don't bring your phone, you're not on the site or bad internet connection. To compensate, simply go to the worker list tab and click your worker. On their page, you can set the clock in & clock out time, mark late, and set overtime.
