How can I see my updated shift schedule?
On a weekly basis, you will receive a notification from us about your new shift schedule. Tap it for details. You can see the details of the shift that has been assigned for you, including the start time, end time, and the client.
What should I do next?
Take a look at your assigned shift schedule carefully, when you are certain about it tap to confirm. This will be your shift schedule for the week.
I can't come on some particular shifts, what should I do?
Sometimes there are situations where you cannot make it on certain days. Don't worry, you can report your absence in our application, even after you've confirmed your shift. You will have to report either sick or personal reasons and you won't be paid for that day of work. Make sure not to do this often, as your supervisor will be notified. If you don't turn up for a shift and don't report an absence, you may be replaced by someone else for the job.
