Job posts
You can personalize the job post according to what your business needs. After the job post is approved by our team, they will be visible on Workmate for Worker mobile app and workers can send their application.
How to create a job post
1. To create a new request go to Jobs
2. Click Post A Job
3. After you click Post A Job, you will be presented with some forms that allows you to customize your job posting. Afterwards, you are required to add relevant details about the opening.
First select business location, job position, and how many workers needed for this job opening.
Next fill in job title, job description, and select which gender needed for this job. You can follow the guidelines that we provide on how to write them. Writing a detailed job title and description will help the applicants figure out if it is a good fit for them.
We recommend you to describe the job title and job description because we will save them in our database. So in the future when you want to create another job post, this part will be pre-filled.
Third, fill in wage details. Determine wage type, wage amount, and payment frequency based on what your business need.
To complete this form, select start and end date of this job post.
When you're finished click Continue.
4. Before submitting this form, we will redirect you to the Review page. We advise you to review them beforehand and if there is any changes click Edit request.
Click Submit request to submit this form to be reviewed by our team.
You will see this message when you successfully created a new job post
How to edit a job post
You may decide to adjust the dates of a request, shift times, the job description, or the number of workmates you need. A request may be edited depending on its status.
1. Hover to ••• and click Edit to start editing your job post:
2. Make necessary changes from the form, it is similar as the Post a Job form.
The changes will be applied to future applicants.
How to duplicate a job post
This feature allows you to duplicate the post with the same details except the start and end date. It will be useful if you plan to create similar job post in the future.
1. Hover to ••• and click Duplicate to duplicate your job post:
2. All details are pre-filled with similar details as the original job post. Make necessary changes in these form if needed.
3. Select new start and end date. When you're finished click Continue, review them and Submit the form.
How to cancel a job post
Cancelling job post will send them to the archive and this job post will no longer active.
1. Hover to ••• and click Cancel to archive your job post:
2. To cancel this job post, click archive.
