1) I can't use my phone in my workplace, how can I clock in/out?
If it's not possible to use Workmate's clock in/out system, you still need to follow your workplace's attendance system. However, your supervisor or manager can add your timesheet manually on their system. Always communicate with your supervisor or manager regarding your clock in/out time to avoid missing timesheets.
2) I come in late, can I still clock in?
Yes, you can still clock in even when you are coming late to work. However, your supervisor can mark your clock in as "late". However this behavior will affect your work performance and your future in Workmate or any other workplaces. We advise you to always check your schedule and come before your shift starts to avoid this.
3) I work overtime, what will happen?
During clock out, your supervisor can mark your timesheet with "overtime". This will be shown in your manager's data for additional payment consideration.
4) I don't have any assigned shift, can I still clock in?
Yes, in some ocassion you might need to come to work to back your coworker or your workplace simply doesn't use shifting system. You can clock in/out as usual.
5) My workplace is still using paper attendance, what should I do?
This can happen if your workplace hasn't implemented our system fully. First you need to communicate with your supervisor, manager, or HR so they can record your attendance regularly. Your workplace is fully responsible for your timesheets, so we advise you to discuss it with them.
6) How do I get paid?

7) If it's near the payday but my timesheets haven't been approved yet, what should I do?
Communicate with your supervisor, manager, or HR so they can approve your attendance. Once again, your workplace is fully responsible for this so make sure to always communicate this matter with your employer regularly.
